Refunds
We do NOT accept returns. We do not accept returns, especially for trading cards because there have been a lot of scammers out there messing with the products and resealing them. If we accept a return for trading cards that were messed with that we just didn't know about, that item will eventually be sent to another customer and they will be very upset. We don't accept returns because we are protecting ourselves as a business and also for our customers.
There are some rare cases where a return might be acceptable (this does not apply to trading cards). Please contact us at contact@TheWrightTCG.com and we'll try to sort it out for you.
Exchanges
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. For our clothing products, if you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every clothing item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at contact@TheWrightTCG.com within 15 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
